I highly recommend Wagner family plumbing and drain. The technician, Glenn came to my home to hook up my plumbing after my new counter tops were installed and did an amazing job. He made sure everything was working properly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! He took his time and was not in a rush to just go to the next job. I will definitely be using this company again for all my plumbing needs in the future.

drain from my home. They were on top of the entire situation from start to finish. Their plumber showed up, wore a mask, cleaned his shoes and worked to get my flushing fixed first. He realized it was a much larger issue and gave an estimate as to the cost of fixing the outside pipe. When they realized that it was a bigger issue due to the age of the house and not being updated before, they brought in more help and got it done on schedule as promised. They worked well past dark to be certain I would have a functional system before they left. Excellent work, great crew. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

I will not use another plumber for as long as I am in Sycamore. Wagner Family Plumbing was prompt to have someone arrive and provide me with an estimate as well as suggestion of how to remedy an issue. We are selling our home and wanted to be sure we had work completed for the buyer. When they came back to install our new hot water heater, the plumbers were efficient and completed the job in much less time than I anticipated. They were polite and explained the process to myself and my husband. We are thankful for their skills and their ability to make this replacement happen in such a timely manner. We will continue to use them when we move into our new home if we have any plumbing issues. Thank you for such a great experience.

Glenn and Pat came out and repaired my water heater. Very professional! I felt comfortable letting them into my home. They explained everything they did.
